Date | Curriculum

Week One – Leadership & Etiquette Foundations - Leadership skills, confident introductions, eye contact, and body language. Dance instruction: Review Cha Cha, Swing, Box Step

Week Two – Digital & Social Media Etiquette - Responsible phone use, social media etiquette, and digital citizenship. Dance instruction: Salsa, advanced Box Step, advanced Swing

Week Three – Y2K Night - Fine dining etiquette, networking skills, and interview preparedness. Dance instruction: Review Cha Cha, advanced Swing, Salsa, advanced Box Step - early 2000s line dances

Week Four – The Winter Ball - Reflection on leadership, social skills, and confidence. Dance instruction: Ballroom review and final practice. Special: Participant-only formal night with superlatives

Cotillion Attire

At EverGrace Cotillion, attire is an important part of setting the tone for respect, tradition, and celebration. We kindly ask that all participants follow the guidelines below to help create a polished and consistent experience.

For Ladies

  • Dresses or skirts of appropriate length.

    • Not permitted: pants, jumpsuits, pantsuits, split skirts, or shorts.

  • Shoes: dress shoes are encouraged.

    • Not permitted: tennis shoes, cowgirl boots, Uggs, or high boots (ankle booties are acceptable).

  • White gloves: wrist-length white gloves are a required part of attire. Gloves may be pre-ordered through EverGrace Cotillion and conveniently collected on the first day of class. If gloves are misplaced, replacements will be available for purchase at the next class.

For Gentlemen

  • Suits or a blazer with dress slacks.

  • Dress shirt and tie.

  • Dress shoes

    • Not permitted: tennis shoes

Enrollment & Tuition

  • Tuition is $275 per participant for the 4-week program, including Y2K Night and the Winter Ball.

How to Enroll

  1. Fill out the Interest Form
    Spots are limited. Families who complete the form will receive a formal invitation in August 2026.

  2. Submit Tuition Payment
    Payment details and deadlines will be included in your invitation.

  3. Prepare for Cotillion
    Above includes attire guidelines, arrival/pick-up information, and details for the Y2K Night and the Winter Ball.

Y2k Night

Our 7th and 8th graders will enjoy a vibrant Y2K-themed evening, filled with energy, music, and colorful fashion.

  • Students will practice their dance skills while showcasing social confidence and etiquette in a fun, themed environment.

  • A Best Dressed Award will recognize those who embrace the Y2K spirit with creativity and flair.

  • This is a student-centered celebration, allowing participants to enjoy the evening independently with their peers—no parents or guardians in attendance.

This special night encourages self-expression, camaraderie, and confidence, marking a memorable highlight of the season.

The Winter Ball

Our 7th and 8th graders will close the season with a formal Winter Ball, a participant-only evening of elegance and celebration.

  • Participants will review their ballroom dances, practice refined social skills, and enjoy an evening of fun and sophistication.

  • Superlatives will be awarded, celebrating each participant’s personality, style, and growth throughout the season.

This special night encourages confidence, friendship, and a sense of accomplishment, providing a memorable conclusion to the cotillion experience.

 

Location

All classes are held at Ruby Forest Clubhouse in Suwanee, GA.

Arrival: Please use the carpool line for drop-off.

Pick-Up: We ask that you park in the parking lot and walk inside to pick up your participant at the end of class.
